Nightmare Woke Me Up

I woke up this morning just after a nightmare. It was weird and disturbing. So I tapped (used EFT Tapping, Emotional Freedom Techniques Tapping). As I tapped and tapped, I used no words. I kept replaying the nightmare over and over again in my mind as I tapped on all the points I like to use. This tapping actually lated about 40 minutes, longer than I am used to. And as I kept tapping, it dawned on me what that dream was about. 👉 I would share with you, but it involves other people, so I can't. 😞 However, what I can say is that the bad dream was because of a trauma that I had not completely tapped on. As I carried on tapping, the EFT revealed the original trauma and what my subconscious mind was trying to tell me. I kept tapping as I kept replaying the nightmare, until it faded away and became boring. 😊 Boring is good with EFT Tapping. Boring means that the trauma no longer bothers us. 💪 I feel so much better about this trauma now, and even though it had broken my heart into a million tiny pieces st the time, I feel really strong and at peace. It no longer bothers me. Peace is good 👍
