How To Stop Having NightmaresEFT Tapping in a real situation. The nightmare is a culmination of some terrible family troubles that I have been experiencing. After tapping on it, I got calmer. Then I got the important insight of an action I would immediately take to move forward, actioned it in bed literally, then lay back in the same position I had the nightmare (it helps you to remember the details like a film), and I am now still Tapping to release the rest of the nightmare.
