After an unpleasant encounter with one of the biggest hypocrites and selfish people I have ever known, I wanted to eat every sugary sweet under the sun to comfort myself. But then I realised that nobody deserves to send me into that unhealthy space again, so I tapped for half an hour as I cried ,and let it all out.
