Me, Suzanne, at https://www.EFT-Scripts.com tapping to make the pose easier. It worked. Later, when I finished filming, I added words like "this pain in the ass" and "this emotion in my right hip". Now, all the hip tightness from the running has gone. I know from experience that adding tapping to my yoga practice makes it much more effective. I hope this gives you ideas for combining EFT with Yoga.
