One-Point EFT Motivation

This is how I tap when I need an extra push in the gym. For example, today I was pushing myself further on the fast part of my interval training. So I was counting the seconds at one point as I stimulated the Thumb point. If unfamiliar with the finger points, there is a clear illustration in this video.
